Coti Sorokin
He is, among many things, a Grammy nominated producer for his work on the ENANITOS VERDES album NECTAR (Universal), for which he co-wrote the hit single “Luz De Día”.
He signed with peermusic in 2000 as an exclusive writer and his compositions already have been recorded by artists such as Diego Torres, Natalia Oreiro, Javier Calamaro, and many more.
In 2001, his collaboration with Alejandro Lerner resulted in four songs, which were included in Lerner’s album SI QUIERES SABER QUIEN SOY (Universal) and which received a nomination as “Best Pop Album” for this year’s Latin Grammy Awards.
Besides being busy producing other artists, Coti recently decided to give voice to his own compositions and went into the studio to record his own material. Ten songs filled with Coti’s magic touch make up his debut album, titled “ Mis Planes” released by Universal Music.
Coti will soon become a brand new shining star in the galaxy of Latin sound!
