Music Biography

Since signing with Peer Music in 2007 Dee is fast becoming on of the UK’s most sought after writing talents. Her Innovative flair and ease is an inspiration to her co writers and her talents are appreciated not just here but through out the world.

Her current collaborations and releases include: RYANDAN (Universal records International release), NEWTON FAULKNER (September 2009 release), BOOTY LUV (Hed Kandi), JAYA (All around the world- release October 2009 (BILLIE MYERS (September 1st 2009-Album co write and full production) TIFFANY PAGE (mercury- 2010 release.

TARA MCDONALD (Hed Kandi-2010 release) As well as writing with many established artistes she prides herself in being involved with what she considers to be some of the UK’s most aspiring and up and coming talents, artistes such as Joe Janiak (2010 release- Now signed with Columbia records and Tiffany Page (Mercury Records) and Dee’s contribution to their music has been integral in developing a unique and refreshing sound. Her passion for great lyrics, and subject matter have set a high standard which has been respectfully noticed by the UK and International music Industry.

Dee’s lyrical sensitivity and originative track ideas are fast becoming her trademark.

Writing and Production

Dee co wrote and also produced a track on Ricki Lee’s (Australia) recent solo album ‘Brand new day’, as well as the Australian release the album has now been taken by Ministry for release through out Europe, including the U.K. It is also being released in Japan.

Dee has also had 5 releases with Portugal’s most successful girl band ‘Just Girls’. The 1st album is still selling very well in Portugal and has all ready gone 4x platinum, the second Just Girls album is hot on it’s tail and already 3 x platinum.

Songwriter

Dee has a unique diversity and her styles of writing covers many genres from acoustic country to electro pop.

Dee’s studio is based in the heart of London’s famous Portobello road, Her father is a credible fashion designer and tailors suits for the likes of Mick Jones, Richard Hawley, Tricky and Primal Scream, to name but a few so there are always a few famous faces passing by her studio as it is based in her father’s warehouse. Her creativity is surrounded by 60’s tailored suits and the beatnik feel of Portobello Road.
