Stewart Agnew
Having signed to Peer Music and on completing two support tours with Ron Sexsmith and a short Irish tour with Beth Orton, Stewart recorded his debut album In January 2002. Stewart and the band took to the road for his debut Irish tour in April 2002,along with Peter Murray from Ron Sexsmith's band as special guest.
In September he began his second Irish tour ,interspersed with support shows with ex Squeeze mainman Glen Tilbrook . An album review in The Ticket (Irish Times) and Hot Press and a glowing live review in The Irish Times has helped cement Stewarts reputation as a singer,writer and performer of the highest quality. Having recently returned to Ireland from San Francisco Stewart has been back on the road with Albert Lee.Catch him on the Kathryn Williams Irish Tour through April.
