Walter Malgoni
Composer Malgoni wrote some of the most beautiful Italian songs of the 50s and 60s. Some of them won many awards and were performed during the Festival di Sanremo, the most famous music festival in Italy that takes place once a year.
Malgoni’s pieces have been performed by Italian superstar Mina (“Tua”, “Fŕ qualcosa”), by the most popular singers of that period, such as Claudio Villa and Fred Buscaglione.
Songs like “Quando c’č la luna piena”, “Sabato sera”, “Lasciati baciare” and “Guarda che luna” are Italian classics that will never be forgotten.
“Guarda che luna” has also recently been performed by Luciano Pavarotti during his last Pavarotti & Friends Charity Concert for Cambodia.
