COSMOPHONIC is a duet featuring Marc CARO (director with Jean-Pierre GENET of
full-length films as "Delicatessen", "La cite des enfants perdus") and DJ
Sonic (one of the pioneers of the French Techno scene). Cosmophonic
proposes an imaginary and musical trip in space.
Their music, elaborated and refined, is composed of sounds from the NASA
archives, of science-fiction movies associated with classic rhythms of
House music, Techno, ambient and dub.
With their debut album "First flight", Marc CARO and DJ Sonic have created
the original soundtrack of an imaginary anticipation movie and have
obtained with it their place in the "French touch" scene.
Further more, MTV Europe has chosen "5, 4, 3, 2, 1... Ignition" as a jingle.
