(San Francisco) -- peermusic has announced the appointment of Bill Gorjance as worldwide CFO for the organization. Mr. Gorjance, who reports directly to CEO Ralph Peer, joins peermusic from the telecom sector where he continues to serve as a non-executive director of London based i-mate, a leading developer and distributor of advanced mobile devices. Prior to joining peermusic mr. Gorjance has held senior positions with San Francisco-based Telephia, U.K.-based mobile network operator O2 and Pacific Bell.
